You will ensure designs comply with building regulations and standards, assist with project management, and coordinate with clients and contractors. The role includes preparing planning applications, creating 3D models, and using CAD software to develop and refine design solutions while also contribute to site inspections and the overall design process to ensure successful project execution

The role:

- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for architectural design projects.

- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and standards.

- Prepare planning applications and 3D models using CAD software.

- Assist with project management, site inspections, and coordination with clients and contractors

- Architectural Technician or similar

- AUTOCAD

- Strong understanding of Building regulations

- Commutable to Plymouth
