Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.

* Utilise CAD software and other tools to create accurate architectural plans, elevations, and sections.

* Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather essential data for project planning and implementation.

* Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards throughout the design process.

* Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.

* Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project coordination and approvals.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications.

* Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.

* Proven experience working in a similar role within the architectural industry.

* Strong technical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.
