Description:
We are a small, friendly architectural practice seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team. Working closely with senior staff, you will play a key role in producing detailed drawings and progressing residential projects through Building Regulations approval.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in a variety of residential projects, including:
* Extensions
* Loft conversions
* Barn conversions
* New build homes
This is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects and see them through from design to approval stage.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician
* Strong knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Ability to produce accurate, detailed technical drawings
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
