Description:

An award-winning architectural practice with a strong national presence is looking for an Architectural Technician with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

You will join an established team delivering a diverse residential portfolio, including medium to high-rise buildings and large-scale developer-led projects valued between £1M and £40M.

The Role You will manage projects from planning through to technical stages, construction drawings, and on-site delivery. This role requires running projects independently, leading design teams, acting as a consultant, and liaising directly with clients and contractors.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years post-qualification, with a proven track record on UK residential projects.

Software: Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a strong advantage).

*

Skills: Confident communicator, able to manage projects independently and lead design teams.

*

Site Work: Solid on-site experience is essential
