Conrad Consulting have a brand-new vacancy that would be best suited to either a mid-level or Senior Architectural Technician looking to pursue the next step in their career.
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known Architectural studio with easily accessible offices from across the central Lancashire region. Applicants could be based in Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Blackpool or any of the surrounding towns and even north Manchester.
The company have a long-standing track record of developing and nurturing talented individuals whilst offering the exciting and stimulating project work required to keep quality performance at its optimum level. Typically projects here will fall within the Education, Residential or Healthcare sectors however there is certainly scope for this portfolio to further diversify and expand in the coming years too.
Technical work is generally completed using the latest REVIT software. Training can and will be provided but it is preferred that candidates will have pre-existing knowledge to a basic level as a minimum.
There is a well-established senior team here. Mentorship and guidance can be offered to lesser-experienced individuals. Frequent salary reviews, incentives and various other benefits are in place to keep senior individuals motivated.
