Salary: £27-36,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has become available for an Experienced Architectural Assistant to join a growing architectural team in Leicester. The practice specialises in designing bespoke accessible homes across the UK, delivering projects that make a genuine difference to clients' lives. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of project stages while working alongside experienced Architects on technically interesting and rewarding schemes.

Assist with projects across multiple RIBA stages
Produce planning, presentation, and technical drawing packages
Prepare design and construction documentation
Liaise with consultants and external stakeholders
Attend site visits and client meetings
Assist with planning and Building Regulations applications
Support senior team members throughout project delivery
Ensure work is completed to a high technical standardIdeal Candidate

Part 2 and/ or 1 qualified Architectural Assistant with several years' UK industry experience
Strong design and technical ability
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Full UK driving licence preferred
Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
