Description:
A well reputable Studio with 3 different offices that has been established for over 25 years is seeking a qualified Senior Architect/ Architect/ Architectural Technician/ Architectural Assistant Part II to join their but Newport team and you will need to have a few years in practice UK based experience.
You will find yourself working on and delivering education, commercial and MOD/ Defence based projects, you must also be experienced within Revit software.
The Role:
Running project from start to finish so design, planning, technical + delivery orientated
Co-ordinating a design team, working with Product Designers in-house and external construction professionals
Complete site visits to check on progress and budget
Liaise with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on schedule
The Candidate:
Relevant qualification with UK based experience
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong technical, design, delivery abilities
The ability / willingness to deliver projects.
Proficient in Revit is mandatory
