A talented, design focussed Architect is required to join one of London’s leading Architectural studio’s in their offices right in Central London. This would be an outstanding opportunity to join a market leading studio who are very well-established with a long history in the Healthcare industry. The studio is currently undergoing a huge growth period and this would be an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to progress their experience in the Healthcare / Medical project industry.
Package
Up to £45,000 p/annum (commensurate with experience)

Role
This position would be ideal for an Architect with 1 – 2 years post qualification experience working on UK based projects ideally (but not essentially) within the Medical / Healthcare sector. You will be required to take projects from conception through to technical stages including a good understanding of the building regulations and design standards on Hospital projects. Experience working as part of a team on Hospital projects would be beneficial and you must be a strong user of Revit as you will be using this on a daily basis. Excellent communication ability is essential, both written and verbal.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience
Proven experience in the Healthcare sector would be hugely beneficial
Experience of projects of £50m + is beneficial
Fully proficient user of Revit is essential
Confident Design focussed Architect, taking projects from concept to delivery
A high-quality portfolio of previous work
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent communication skills are essential (written and verbal)
