Are you an Architect looking to join a close-knit and collaborative practice? My client is seeking a talented Architect to join their friendly team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of Residential projects within a supportive environment, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact and develop your career.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Deliver Residential projects across multiple RIBA stages.
Produce high-quality design proposals, planning drawings and technical information.
Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations packages and construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
Develop practical design solutions that meet client and project requirements.
Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings.
Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.
Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
Requirements for this Architect role:
ARB registered Architect with relevant UK practice experience.
Experience delivering UK Residential projects is essential.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
