Architect Job in Chorley, Lancashire joining a prominent healthcare architectural team. With approximately 100 team members, the practice has earned its place on the AJ100 list. Offering 3 days working from home a week, up to £45,000 in salary and 31 days of holiday, including bank holidays, this role promises a rewarding work-life balance.

Role & Responsibilities
Work collaboratively within a team
Produce construction and tender packages in Revit
Capable architect with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of UK building regulations
Reporting to Seniors and AssociatesRequired Skills & Experience
3+ years UK experience post part III
ARB registered
Revit proficiency is essential previous experience working to BIM level 2 is desirable
Experience working across all RIBA stages
Previous project experience is highly desirable but not essentialWhat you get back
Up to £45,000 DOE
