This is a permanent, full-time role for an Architect / Project Architect with a background in contract administration and on-site construction to carry out design led projects including Internal fit-outs on commercial / high end Residential new builds/ large renovation projects across Sussex.

ROLE: ARCHITECT / PROJECT ARCHITECT

SALARY: Competitive Basic Salary, benefits and pension.

HOURS: 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As a professional Architect you will be collaborating with the external consultants, assisting where needed on RIBA stages 1-6 of the construction process. Your varied and interesting duties will include collaborating with Architectural Technicians and Assistants on project deliverables and contract administration for Residential clients across Sussex.

As an Architect, you will be capable and personable, with excellent client facing skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, completing NBS Contract Administration, working to current Building Regulations, construction methods and specifications.

With at least 1-3 years’ experience post part 3, you will have a real passion / desire for Architecture, proof of Architects Registration Board registration and experience on all RIBA stages will be required.

You will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as experience in AutoCAD and possibly Sketch-up Pro, Adobe suite, Lumion Pro / NBS Contract Administrator / NBS Spec Writer. Full training will be provided if you are willing to learn.
