£35,000 - £45,000
We are working with an established architectural practice who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team.
The practice specialises in high-end residential projects, including bespoke new-build homes, refurbishments, extensions and multi-unit developments.
The role of an Architect:
Running residential projects from concept through to completion.
Developing creative design proposals and architectural solutions.
Producing planning, technical and construction drawings using Vectorworks.
Preparing Planning and Building Regulations applications.
Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
Attending client meetings and site visits.
Developing technical details and specifications.
Supporting junior members of the team where required.About You:
Qualified Architect with Part 3.
2–3+ years' UK architectural experience.
Strong residential experience, ideally within the high-end/bespoke sector.
Proficient in Vectorworks and SketchUp.
Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK construction.
Experience with Planning and Building Regulations.
Strong communication and project management skills.
