Job Overview

A permanent opportunity is available for an ARB registered Architect to join a Chichester-based practice delivering sustainable and inclusive projects. The role suits someone with UK project experience, strong technical ability and confident communication skills. You will work across education, SEND, residential, healthcare and community-led schemes, supporting projects through design, planning, technical and delivery stages.

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop design proposals and coordinated project information

* Produce drawings and technical documentation

* Support planning, technical design and construction stages

* Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors

* Contribute to design reviews and project delivery

You will help deliver practical, people-centred architecture that responds to accessibility, wellbeing and long-term sustainability.

Skills & Experience Required

* ARB registered Architect

* UK-based architectural project experience

* Strong design and technical ability

* Knowledge of UK building regulations

* Experience working across RIBA stages

You will need confident communication and coordination skills, with the ability to produce clear drawing packages and technical information. Revit experience would be beneficial, alongside an interest in inclusive and sustainable design.
