URGENT HIRE - ESSEX - ARCHITECT
This medium sized architecture studio are looking for additional Architects with expertise at planning stages on multi-unit residential developments to join them.
They are working with a number of the reputable housing developers and this role will see you in a key contact position as you work through the layout designs. It's a relatively specialist position so they are looking for an individual with a background that clearly demonstrates strength in this area.
You will be a qualified Architect and ideally have a few years minimum working on UK housing experience to be ideal for the mid-level they are looking. Software isn't important, they use both BIM and AutoCAD but are prepared to offer support in any areas needing it.
The practice offers excellent career development potential in a modern environment with a friendly, successful team. Salary is likely in the £35,000 - £45,000 range but we're willing to talk with anyone who has the requisite skills. There is 1-day per week available to work from home
