Job Duties:

Develop architectural designs in line with client requirements
Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design issues
Stay updated on building regulations and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience working as an architect
Proficiency in architectural design software
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
Ability to translate client needs into innovative design solutions
Attention to detail and creativity in design

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Architecture
Professional certification from relevant architectural bodies

Working Conditions:

This role involves working both in an office setting and on construction sites. Travel may be required to visit clients and project locations
