Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a dedicated ARB Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Truro area from September. About the Role

You will be working within an Additionally Resourced Base (ARB) supporting pupils with a range of needs such as:

Autism (ASC)
Communication and interaction difficulties
SEMH and regulation needs
Your role will include:

Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
Supporting routines, transitions and emotional regulation
Adapting activities to support access to learning
Encouraging independence and confidence
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
Creating a calm, safe and structured environment
