Do you have APQP Systems Engineer experience, and are you seeking a new job? Jonathan Lee is currently supporting a strategic client in the recruitment of an experienced APQP Systems Engineer  to join their growing team in the design, development and manufacture of batteries for their state-of-the-art gigafactory on a permanent basis offering an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an APQP Systems Engineer, you will develop tools and processes to facilitate the execution of APQP delivery.

The APQP Systems Engineer will be responsible for:

Development of APQP methods and processes around the business
Supporting the development of business competencies of APQP tools and processes
Utilising lessons learnt during product development processes to ensure continuous improvement of the Quality, APQP and NPI procedures
Initiating and supporting business-wide continuous improvement initiatives

In-depth knowledge of supporting and implementing APQP processes and methodology within new product development and product launch 
Application of Customer APQP Requirements 
Using 6 Sigma and other lean tools and methodology 
The ability to work with cross functional teams during new product development and launch phases
