Apprenticeship Skills Tutor – Level 7 Senior Leadership / Management
Full time, 37hrs per week, all year round
Temporary until July 2027
Salary; £30,501 per annum + benefits with upto 5K Market Force Supplement (dependant on qualification & experience)
Cross College, Rotherham and Worksop (with subsidised travel where applicable and hybrid working)
About the Role
If you have experience of planning, coaching, delivering and assessing in Senior Leadership Standards then this is the role for you.

This rewarding position will support and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching. The skills tutor will be a strategic management subject matter specialist and will be required to support apprentices to achieve end point assessment.
They will be required to have regular ongoing contact with all employers and to complete all the relevant records and reviews relating to learner progress. This job will involve traveling, as apprentices must be visited at their place of employment.

An Assessor Award
Teaching qualification
Industry experience working within roles at strategic level in the last 3 years
Excellent IT skills
English and maths at level 2
Department Info
As part of the department of Work based Learning you will report directly to the
Curriculum Team Leader/Curriculum Manager. You will play an active role in the
curriculum team, working with key stakeholders such as Curriculum Team Leaders,
Curriculum Manager, and Curriculum Lecturers etc.
You will also build good working relationships with other key stakeholders in
apprenticeship programmes such as the Functional Skills Team and will be able to adopt
a flexible and proactive approach to supporting learners undertaking qualifications in the
workplace.
