Must be willing to travel to Biggin Hill Initially then swanley office

Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
* Speaking with candidates and clients via telephone and email
* Maintaining accurate records and updating recruitment systems
* Advertising vacancies and arranging interviews
* Assisting with candidate sourcing and compliance checks
* Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
* Confident communicating with people at all levels
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Professional with a positive attitude
* Competent using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Previous experience in recruitment or sales would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
