We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Dairy Technician Apprentice to join our team at our Haverfordwest Creamery on a full-time basis for a two year, level 3 apprenticeship programme.

The Role

As an Apprentice Dairy Technician, you will work under the guidance of our experienced operatives to learn and develop the skills necessary for this essential role in our creamery.

You’ll support the manufacture of our dairy products, ensuring we produce only the finest quality produce. Conducting quality control checks, you will ensure documentation is complete and we are in compliance with all health and safety protocols and regulations.

Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also complete a Level 3 Food and Drink Process Operator Course at Reeseheath College over the course of two years, as well as attending training sessions and workshops.

About You

To be considered as an Apprentice Dairy Technician, you will need:

- Good communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- To be qualified to at least level 4 (Grade C) in GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- To be over the age of 18 (with the ability to stay away from home for college)
