Job Title: Applications Engineer

The Position

In this role, you will provide proactive and customer-oriented pre / post-sales technical support to external customers. Additionally, you will support internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions.

During the support process, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to ensure the timely resolution of complex technical problems. You will conduct in-depth assessments of customer needs, considering factors such as technical specifications and operational requirements. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will create comprehensive support strategies tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

You will work in a highly collaborative and supportive environment with a nationwide office network. You will also have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely 3-4 days a week.

Your Experience

Given the highly intricate nature of the projects you'll be engaged in, it is essential that you possess a robust foundation in either electrical or mechanical engineering. Additionally, you should have extensive experience in process control and automation, having worked on sophisticated projects that encompass a wide range of advanced technologies. Your background should include substantial exposure to robotics, drive / servo systems, PLCs, SCADA, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), sensors and actuators, as well as advanced control algorithms and software. This combination of technical expertise and hands-on experience will enable you to effectively navigate and contribute to the multifaceted challenges inherent in these projects, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous innovation.
