Application Support Lead

They're currently looking for a Lead Application Support Analyst to join one of their core squads, this product works around the clock and is definitely one of their business-critical platforms. Some desirable skills include:

Excellent communicator
Experience in service desk operations and ticket management.
Scripting skills in PowerShell/Bash.
Experience with Azure Active Directory and/or Windows Server 201x
System administration experience
Knowledge of ITIL principles

You will need to be a commutable distance from either their Glasgow or Edinburgh office as they require you to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
