Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to deal with complex bespoke SaaS products.

This is a small software house with an impressive client base, you will be joining a welcoming and collaborative environment who will support you through your career development. You will be supporting a network of clients with the SaaS offerings dealing with bugs and user issues, working cross functionally with Development and Testing teams.

As the Application Support, your customer service experience will allow you to provide satisfactory offerings to clients and maintain professionalism throughout, over email and phone. We’re looking for someone with a proactive nature to pick up the phone and work to a resolution quickly using your problem-solving skills.
 
About you –

Bespoke application support experience 
Experience dealing with users first hand
SQL scripting experience (highly desirable)
Hunger to learn  
Location – Bromsgrove
Salary – up to £31,500 + package

Working hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm. You will be required to work an on-call rota, one evening per week.
