Do you want to work for one of the UK’s Leading Automotive Technology company?
The company are rapidly expanding in size and is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join the team. You will work within a fast-paced development team, applying strong technical knowledge, and hands-on problem-solving to novel engineering challenges.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers by resolving issues
Support along a variety of issues including updates, configuration and troubleshooting problems
Support alongside customer training and support them across the product life cycle
Work alongside customer to build long-lasting relationships and support them across their journey with the product
Skills:
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with sensors, actuators, control systems, and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Strong documentation management skills
