Application Support Engineer

Up to £45,000 per annum

Fully remote in South West, travel to Bristol, Cardiff and Swansea

Key responsibilities of the role:

Customer support - triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues whilst communicating with both technical and non-technical users
Software Testing - Document and report software issues, defects, and improvements to the development team.
Technical Expertise - Develop a deep understanding of the software products

Previous Tech knowledge:

SQL
Jira/Gitlab
Azure - bonus
