Manage and maintain key business applications
Provide effective technical support to users
Ensure timely updates and patches of software
Contribute to process improvements
Analyse system issues and provide solutions
Work collaboratively with other technology team members
Document system changes and maintain a knowledge base
Ensure compliance with company and industry regulationsProfile

A successful Application Support Analyst should have:

A degree in Information Technology or a related field
