Location: We operate a flexible, hybrid working environment with the candidate required to attend our Winchester office twice a month

Must haves:
* Experience in full life-cycle software development i.e. requirements gathering; development; testing and deployment
* Experience in developing and supporting a production system with multiple key stakeholders
* 5 years’ experience working with .NET (Framework) and C#
* Experience working with PHP, MySQL, AWS.
* Knowledge and understanding CI/CD pipelines within DevOps and Cloud computing
* Working with coding standards and ensuring best practices are followed.
* Experience with secure development process and have knowledge and hands on experience of OWASP, CVE, Penetration testing etc.
* Experience with containerisation, Docker and Kubernetes
Key Accountabilities:
* To provides multi-media storage, delivery, transcoding, and streaming services.
* Work along other departments to develop an efficient, highly scalable, and secured services that are vital our internally or external customers.
* Support the design, implementation, and operation of our critical and scalable services, ranging from back-end services to customer facing tooling.
* Design, build and maintain the video infrastructure system.
* Work with internal stake holders and external customers to gathering technical requirements, and able to provide guidance on their needs.
* An interest in emerging technologies and where they can be used in the current systems and possible uses in future system
Require Skillset
* Ability to support and mentor junior members of the team, and ability to step in to cover more senior roles when required.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
* Worked with source control system such as Git / GitHub
* Knowledge and understanding of setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
