Description:

4Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) Coordinator for our client based in Maidenhead.

The role is 3 days per week, ideally Tuesday to Thursday (days maybe be negotiable), and will be primarily remote, with occasional travel across the borough for site visits, meetings and community safety activities.

The Role:

Working closely with the Community Safety Manager, you will provide operational and administrative support across a range of community safety functions, with a particular focus on ASB case management, enforcement processes and multi-agency partnership working.

You will play an important role in ensuring reports are handled promptly, cases are accurately recorded and progressed, statutory timescales are met, and residents and stakeholders receive professional and appropriate responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to ASB and Community Safety inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to enquiries from residents, councillors, partner agencies and other stakeholders.
Receive, assess, record and allocate ASB reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records.
Support ASB investigations by gathering evidence, obtaining statements, maintaining case files and liaising with complainants, witnesses and partner agencies.
Prepare and administer Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) and Community Protection Notices (CPNs), and monitor compliance with enforcement actions.
Support the administration and monitoring of Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs), including recording breaches and gathering evidence.
Coordinate Community Trigger (ASB Case Review) requests, ensuring statutory timescales are met and relevant information is collated.
Arrange and support partnership meetings, case conferences, Channel Panels and Community Safety Partnership meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting papers, minutes and action notes.
Liaise with Thames Valley Police, housing providers, social services and other statutory and community partners to support effective case management and problem-solving.
Produce management information, performance reports and statistical returns, maintaining confidential records in accordance with data protection requirements.
Support wider community safety initiatives, safeguarding referrals, CCTV, environmental crime and other related functions as required.
Essential Experience:

Practical experience and good working knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation and community safety principles.
Experience working within community safety, ASB, housing, enforcement or a related environment.
Experience managing case records and systems, preparing official correspondence and producing reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with residents, vulnerable individuals and a range of stakeholders.
Experience organising meetings, preparing documentation and taking accurate minutes.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
