Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Location: Oxfordshire/ hybrid site, office on a Wednesday

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a large housing provider in Oxfordshire. This role is ideal for a housing professional with experience or exposure to dealing with anti-social behaviour, looking to make a significant impact in improving community living standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver a professional, proactive service to address ingrained anti-social behaviour across various localities, ensuring tenancy success through resolution and enforcement.
Maintain high data quality in customer systems, ensuring transparency and compliance in all service areas.
Collaborate with locality teams and other customer functions to deliver services to an agreed area and set of standards.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with local stakeholders and partnering agencies to address anti-social behaviour with minimal enforcement.
Champion the organisation's values and work alongside colleagues to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in delivering effective anti-social behaviour services.
Ability to address non-access, fraud, and other tenancy breaches with minimal legal intervention.
Experience in court representations, including preparation of notices, court papers, and witness statements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, respect, and influence others.
Experience working across teams and agencies to address complex customer needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel.Benefits:
