Position: Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Paramedic Practitioner
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible over 4 days
Duties: Minor illness, Injuries, Prescribes to PGDs
Salary: £46k to £48k
About the Role:
Join our dynamic, friendly, and professional practice team as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practitioner. We are seeking a highly skilled clinician who is passionate about making a difference in the health and lives of our patients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, autonomous clinician in General Practice, working within their professional clinical competencies. Peer-to-peer support from colleagues will be provided.
Main Duties:
- Conduct daily online and face-to-face appointments for both acute and complex problems, including managing patients with co-morbidities.
- Perform patient triage and care navigation.
- Independently process pathology results and Docman letters for patients under your care.
Requirements:
- NMC or HCPC registration.
- Advanced qualifications and independent prescribing credentials.
- Competence in patient assessment and triage.
