Main Duties:
Join our dynamic multidisciplinary team and contribute to providing comprehensive healthcare services to our diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting patient needs through advanced clinical skills and safe decision-making.
Adhering to practice policies and fostering effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
Delivering high-quality primary healthcare services within the practice setting.
Working alongside GPs and HCAs to manage minor illness and injuries.Job Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you'll be expected to:
Provide autonomous, high-quality patient care with advanced clinical skills and extensive theoretical knowledge.
Act as the primary point of contact for undiagnosed patient concerns, conducting thorough assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medication within legal and policy guidelines.
Promote health education and maintain accurate patient records.
Support the healthcare team through referrals and collaboration with external agencies.Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
Previous experience working in a general practice setting.
Excellent clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Preferably a Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.How to Apply:
