We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecommunication clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Angular Developer to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer responsible for the engineering quality, design, implementation, and operation of our product suite.
Collaborate with a diverse team of business partners, engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to migrate services to a GCP platform, enhance customer service platforms, and contribute to direct sales initiatives.
Key Projects will include migration to GCP platform, enhancements in customer login process and integration with wearable tech.
Engage actively with the team to drive project success.
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code and platforms.
Stay engaged with the tech community, demonstrating continuous learning (eg. Personal Git Hub projects etc.)
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Angular (Ideally v.15/16)
React
Experience working on website accessibility
Strong front-end development skills in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience in DevOps practices/ CI/CD pipelines.
Unit testing
Knowledge of RxJS
Worked in customer environment
Worked with fully responsive websites
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
Angular Universal
Worked in ecommerce/basket led environment
Handled high-traffic sites
Familiarity with NgRx, GCP/AWS, and UX principles
Demonstrated involvement in tech communities with personal or work-related projects on GitHub
Understanding of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Cloud computing
Hybrid development
CMS solutions
Service Oriented Architecture
UI development
Machine learning
