Description

Lead and manage a team of analytical scientists to deliver projects effectively and on time.
Oversee the development, validation, and implementation of analytical methods.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader departmental goals.
Train and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Monitor laboratory workflows and optimise processes to enhance efficiency.

Profile

An ideal applicant will have:

Team leadership experience
Expertise in analytical methods such as: UPLC-MS, GC-MS, SFC, and NMR)
Track record in a CRO, Pharma or Biotech environment, with project/customer focusJob Offer
