Analytical Scientist

Fantastic opportunity for an Analytical Scientist to join a top-tier pharmaceutical business supporting cutting edge pharmaceutical research and development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Analytical Chemist with excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical analysis techniques.

You will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine analysis, focused on oligonucleotide, small & large peptide drug products, using a range of modern and traditional analytical techniques including HPLC, Dissolution analysis and Karl Fischer titrations. You will also be responsible for reviewing analytical data, developing and validating methods and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

* Degree in Chemistry or related subject

* Experience with relevant analytical techniques (HPLC, Dissolution, titration, Karl Fischer)

* Exposure to cGMP regulations

* Knowledge of troubleshooting analytical methodology is an advantage

* Strong communication and organisation skills
