AIRFREIGHT IMPORT/ EXPORT OPERATOR – FREIGHT FORWARDING
Nantgarw Wales - This role will be based within a customer's premises.
12 MONTH FTC - Could become a permanent role.
Salary of £28000 - £30,000 depending on experience
We are currently working with a Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation, with an enviable reputation, who are seeking to recruit and experienced AIRFREIGHT IMPORT/ EXPORT OPERATOR.
The role is a full-time position to work as part of a busy and efficient AIRFREIGHT IMPORT/ EXPORT department where you will be responsible for handling all elements of AIRFREIGHT Imports /Exports for Global shipments.
Managing an Import / Export Airfreight file from start to finish
Duties will include;
* Execution of courier files
* Labelling cargo
* Liaising with Airlines and making reservations
* Arranging collections and deliveries
* Raising and producing all Airfreight Export Documentation
* Completing Export Customs Entries
* Raising invoices and billing out
* Resolving any customer service issues which may arise throughout the shipment
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AND 5 YEAR CHECK ABLE WORK HISTORY IS REQUIRED.
