Airfreight Import Coordinator
Location: West London
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
We're supporting a well-established logistics business looking to add an experienced Airfreight Import Coordinator to their team.
The Role
You'll manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, acting as the key contact for customers and overseas partners. This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on customer service, customs compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle airfreight imports from origin to delivery
Provide shipment updates and resolve customer queries
Liaise with overseas agents and internal teams
Support invoicing, cost control, and quotations
Coordinate customs clearance and documentationRequirements
Experience in airfreight imports (essential)
Knowledge of customs processes and entries
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
