Location: Feltham
Salary: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am-5:30pm
Are you an experienced Air Export Operator looking for your next opportunity within the freight forwarding industry?
We're currently working with a leading global logistics business to recruit an experienced Air Export Operator to join their established team based in Feltham.

The Role
As an Air Export Operator, you will be responsible for managing air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a high level of service and shipments are handled efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing air export shipments from booking through to final delivery.
Preparing and checking export documentation.
Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas offices and other logistics partners.
Coordinating collections and deliveries.
Ensuring shipments comply with relevant customs and export regulations.
Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
Handling any operational queries or issues promptly.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring internal systems are kept up to date.
About You
We're looking for someone with previous experience within an air freight export environment, ideally with a solid understanding of the end-to-end export process.
You'll be organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with customers, airlines and overseas partners. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously is essential.
What's on Offer?
Salary up to £38,000, depending on experience.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
Based in Feltham.
