Air Conditioning PPM Engineer – London – 40K
Location: Mobile – covering London & M25.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE) - OTE- 60K - 65K
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider offering a full range of services and have a new opportunity for an Commercial Air Conditioning PPM engineer to join their maintenance and reactive division.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning PPM Engineer to take on a mobile role covering a well-organised London patch. You’ll be carrying out planned maintenance on AC systems across retail, hospitality, and light commercial environments.
This role is suited for someone with 2 – 5 years’ experience looking to take on a PPM role with more training or an experienced engineer who is happy providing general PPM works.
Key Responsibilities
Have good experience carrying out general PPM works on split systems, VRF systems.
Have good knowledge and experience on working with a variety of Manufacturers equipment, namely Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic
Fault-finding and diagnostics
To be able to provide detailed remedial repair reports.
Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health & safety and compliance standards
Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems
Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
Participate in occasional night works which is paid at enhanced rates.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance.
Valid F-Gas qualification – essential
Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous
Basic electrical knowledge
Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Package
£35,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level) - OTE- 60K - 65K
Travel time paid on any travel over 1 hour each day at 1.5 O/T rate
Flexible early finish – paid full day if the job is done early and cleared with the office
