We're looking for an Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across Hampshire.

If you're currently installing split systems, VRVs and VRFs but feel like you've hit a ceiling, this is an opportunity to join a company that actively develops engineers into Lead Engineers and Supervisors.

The Role

You'll be carrying out installations on a mixture of residential and commercial projects, working on:

Split systems
Multi-split systems
VRV systems
VRF systemsWorkload split:

70% residential
30% commercialYou'll also occasionally assist with:

Planned maintenance
Fault finding
Repair workWhat We're Looking For

F-Gas Category 1
Proven air conditioning installation experience
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications (desirable)
Professional attitude and customer-facing skillsWhy Join?
