Air Conditioning Engineer – Retail Sites (South Region) - multiple positions
£38,000 – £45,000 + London Weighting + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call‑Out + bonus + medical
Permanent | Full‑Time | Mobile Role
We’re looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to support a busy portfolio of retail stores across the South of England. This is a mobile role carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault‑finding and minor repairs on a range of commercial AC systems.
The Role
Service, maintenance and repair of AC systems
VRV/VRF, splits, multi‑splits, AHUs and FCUs
Diagnosing faults and completing first‑time fixes
Working independently across a regional patch
Completing compliance paperwork and job reports
Participating in a call‑out rota (enhanced rates)
What You’ll Need
F‑Gas 2079 (essential)
NVQ Level 2/3 in AC & Refrigeration (preferred)
Strong fault‑finding and diagnostics experience
Background in commercial, retail or FM environments
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
