Air Conditioning Engineer – Lewisham - £44,000
Location: Lewisham
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to be looking after a Contract located in South London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying between £40,000 - £44,000

Duties:
Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
Lead a team of Engineers
Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
Some minor general maintenance
HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
AHU Plant and associated Equipment
Split System Maintenance
VRV Servicing
Chiller Servicing
AHU ServicingRequirements:
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
