Air Conditioning Engineer - IND1

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

* Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours

* Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)

* On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.

* Salary - £48,812/Yr.

* Location –Maidstone, Kent

* Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours

Your duties will be yet not limited to

* PPMs on commercial HVAC systems

* Experience in changing a compressor which includes brazing

* Experience in Replacing 4 port valves

* Experience on VRV Systems

* Technical Support

* Technical Reports

* AC Surveys to diagnose faults

* You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the stores if ever required.

Requirements

* Full UK License – 6 points max.

* F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified

* Recognized Apprenticeship or Qualified to AC/HVAC Services.
