My client are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior/Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects, and provide technical leadership on site. You can be based across East Anglia and East Midlands.

Main Duties include:

* Installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems, including small splits, VRV's and Ventilation Products

* To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.

* Ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.

* To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management, as necessary

* To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.

* Working in a safe manner, at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation

Required Certifications:

* NVQ level 2 - Air Conditioning – Preferred

* F-Gas Qualifications - Essential

* Skill Card

* Previous experience installing a variety of Air-Conditioning systems

* Full driving licence

Personal Skills:

* Customer focused individual with proactive approach to working

* Ability to work on own initiative and or as part of a team

* Ability to work safely at all times and the ability to understand contract and Health & Safety requirements/regulations

* Possess effective communication skills with ability to write technical reports and communicate verbally with supervisor, manager, and customers

* Ability to use electronic handheld devices.

* Ability to identify issues or risks that require escalation as necessary to Supervisor or Manager.
