Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an

AC/HVAC Engineer

to join our client's engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in air conditioning and HVAC maintenance who is looking to develop their career within a progressive and supportive organisation.

Working across a premium national retail contract, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding, and servicing on a variety of HVAC and air conditioning systems.

The role includes travel across the UK on a planned rota basis. There is

no expectation to be travelling nationwide continuously

, with travel shared across the engineering team to support a healthy work-life balance. There is

currently no on-call rota

, although this may be introduced in the future as the contract evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of AC/HVAC systems.

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Complete all service reports and job documentation accurately using company systems.

Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the client while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as an AC/HVAC Engineer within a commercial or retail environment.

F-Gas Category 1 certification

Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of air conditioning systems.

Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and travel across the UK on a planned rota basis.

Full UK Driving Licence.
