Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: London & Within the M25 (Predominantly City & West End)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
We're recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing HVAC team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London, primarily within the City and West End.
Reporting directly to the HVAC Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of air conditioning systems, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to ensure clients' systems remain fully operational. Experience working on chillers would be highly advantageous, although not essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial air conditioning systems.
* Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose faults efficiently.
* Service, repair and maintain a variety of AC equipment.
* Work on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, DX equipment and associated plant.
* Chiller maintenance and fault finding (preferred but not essential).
* Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
* Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
* Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems.
* Experience carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault finding.
* Chiller experience is desirable but not essential.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* A professional attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
