Job Title : Air Conditioning Engineer
Location : Bristol / Oxford
Salary & Package
* Air Conditioning Engineer: £40,000 – £46,000
* £5,000 annual performance bonus ( based on sickness and paper work paid yearly)
* Jobs planned 2–3 weeks in advance so you can preplan
* 40 hours on site
* 1.5 hours travel time paid each day
* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + birthday off
* 15-day sick pay after probation period
* Option to travel by train ( bonus for this ) but you must still hold a drivers license
* 1 in 12 on-call rota
* £75 standby
* £50 per call out
* Paid 5-hour minimum call out

The Role
Founded over 50 years ago, we have become a leader in the South East providing a broad range of clients a first class service. You will be working across commercial sites, mainly office buildings carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on air conditioning and/or chiller systems. The role offers a stable workload, strong support, and forward-planned scheduling wherever possible.
Responsibilities
* Service, maintenance and fault finding on AC systems (splits, VRF/VRV)
* Chiller maintenance and repairs (for chiller engineers)
* Carrying out PPMs and reactive breakdowns
* Accurate job reporting via PDA
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
* Participation in the on-call rota
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning and/or Chiller Engineer
* Relevant industry qualifications (F-Gas essential)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Professional attitude with strong fault-finding skills
