Air Conditioning Engineer – Commercial Building Maintenance
Location: Manchester / North West
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits Package
Hours: 40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive service across a portfolio of commercial buildings in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that values its engineers and offers long-term career progression.
The Role:

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems within commercial premises.
*
Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and ensure compliance with F-Gas and H&S regulations.
*
Support energy efficiency improvements and system performance.
*
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on client sites.
*
Participate in an out-of-hours rota (as required).
About You:
*
Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer (FGAS Category 1 essential).
*
Experience with VRV/VRF, splits, and AHUs in commercial environments.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
*
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
