Key Duties

* Learn to monitor IT systems and production networks for unusual activity or potential security issues.

* Assist in identifying and reporting risks that could affect manufacturing operations or data security.

* Support the team in responding to security alerts, helping to keep systems running smoothly.

* Help with routine checks and updates to ensure machines, devices, and software meet security standards.

* Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions, including staff working on production systems.

* Contribute to creating and updating security guidelines for both office and factory environments.

* Work with IT and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues.

* Learn about protecting operational technology (OT) and connected devices used in manufacturing.

* Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, AI developments, and technology trends affecting industrial systems.

* Assist with the use of AI-powered security tools to help identify patterns, anomalies, and potential cyber threats.

* Support the development and testing of AI-driven automation processes that improve security monitoring and reporting.

* Learn how artificial intelligence can be used to analyse large datasets and help strengthen cybersecurity decision-making.

* Assist in evaluating new AI technologies and digital tools that could improve operational efficiency and security across the business.

* Help create reports and dashboards using AI-enhanced analytics tools to support IT and security teams.
