Are you an Agile Project Manager or Agile Delivery Manager or Software Project Manager or Software Delivery Manager looking for a role with lots of flexibility – work from home most of the time (if you prefer) and flexible working hours. We are looking for an Agile Project Manager or Agile Delivery Manager to deliver software solutions by guiding several small, agile multi-disciplinary, distributed software teams.

The company is a software development business that develops test automation and test management software solutions for the automotive R&D sector. They are part of an internationally recognised £1 billion technology and engineering group.

Your background as an Agile Project Manager:

* An Agile Project Manager or Agile Delivery Manager with a proven track record of delivering software development projects working within a formal software development process, this will ideally be agile techniques such as Scrum or DevOps or

* You will have some level of awareness of some (not all required) of the following software technologies; Microsoft.NET; C#; Angular/Typescript; Docker; Real-time control; enterprise architectures.

* We are looking for a candidate with a continuous improvement mentality to positively influence all aspects of software development – culture, efficiency, knowledge and quality.

* You will be degree qualified in a Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a similar engineering / science-based discipline.

Agile Project Manager Responsibilities:

* To take a leading role in the delivery of software solutions by guiding several small, agile, multi-disciplinary, distributed teams.

* The solutions encompass a broad spectrum of technology including distributed client / server data management, sophisticated graphical user interfaces (desktop, web, & mobile), and high-performance real-time control.

* Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, and the wider software development team to ensure software is developed in the right way.

* State of the art technologies such as Microsoft .NET and .NET core, Angular, Docker, Real-time Extender are strongly leveraged.

* Some domestic and international travel is expected. International travel only happens once or twice a year and is likely to be to Europe, North America, or North Asia.
