As an Agile PMO Lead here at Cadent, you will lead our Lean Portfolio Management and Agile PMO operating model. You will establish a IT profile which is connected to our Enterprise strategy as well as being an owner of the processes and ceremonies that set strategy & Investment funding with lean budgets for product lines with guardrails.

Key Responsibilities
Leading a team of up-to four as well as an Agile PMO establishing the portfolio flow and providing portfolio monitoring, governance, and reporting activities. Leading the LPM cadence and governance events
Accountable for running the Lean Governance processes; including:                 - Dynamic Budgets and Forecasting

                - Measuring portfolio and Product Line Performance

              - Implementing a lean continuous compliance governance model that minimises overhead and maximises the flow of value

Ensure Portfolio Quality is achieved through application of relevant quality standards
In charge of financial monitoring against IT budgets and agreed investments, aligning and profiling spend against the investment plans & Product Line roadmaps
Provide expertise and best practice on agile specifically SAFe LPM, shares knowledge, lessons learned and advice on tools such as Jira
Establish the measurements and controls necessary to sustain the beneficial impacts of change beyond the life of the initial delivery. Support the move towards Organisational Agility through relevant governance and reporting.
Oversee the management of process documentation and appropriate product & project documentation and information sources utilising specialist tooling such as JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
Ensure that the APMO team produce and automate dashboards & reports as required.
Accountable for assurance against best practice and APMO process; ensure all SAFe and Agile ceremonies are well prepared and executed across the Product Lines and Scrum Teams. Manage the cadence and execution of the PI events.
Take ownership and responsibility to see governance problems through to conclusion Skills and Experience Technical skills:

Demonstrably experienced in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office tools.
A wide knowledge and application of APMO and Lean Portfolio Management
Proven experience in driving Product delivery through Agile and scrum methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills  

Qualifications:

Professional qualification in; Leading SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management are mandatory
A mix of professional PPM qualifications at ‘Practitioner’ level are an advantage
Experience Required:
Lean Portfolio Management, Stakeholder Management, People Leadership, Reporting of portfolio performance using established metrics, assisting in simplification and continuous improvement, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and driving Change delivery

Working together; pro-actively targets key stakeholders and influencers and builds effective relationships with them. Personal responsibility; accurately sets the appropriate pace of change and tackles the things that are slowing progress in their service or the organisation.
